Accidents happen and I will try and help when I can to rectify the mistake.
If the ring you have ordered contains gemstones or is gold plated, it is not a simple fix and there will be a charge of around £10-30. For solid silver items, the charge will be £5-£15.
(You will be responsible for covering postage costs.)
Firstly, I would like to apologise if that has happened to you!
All pieces should be able to withstand normal wear and tear, so if there are any breakages, please get in contact and I will be able to help you out.
That being said, if the jewellery has been broken in a way that can’t be deemed ‘normal wear and tear’ then there will be a charge for repairing service.
Pearl Bodega wants you to have a good shopping experience, and very much accept returns. To return any item, please follow the instructions listed below:
- Please return the item no later than 7 days from the date of receipt. In case of any trouble with keeping within this time frame, not to worry, just send us a message at post@pearlbodega.com and it will be noted.
- Please make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all packaging.
- Noticeably worn, altered or damaged items whilst in customers hands, will not be accepted.
- It is customers responsibility to cover refund postage.
- As soon as items are received as per the instructions above, your account will be credited.
